Meal Plan Features
 Meal Plan provides you with meals throughout the semester. Meals do not expire on a weekly basis, but they do expire at the end of the semester.
 Plans come with 3 guest meals.
 Plans come with Dining Dollars.
Meal Plan Periods:
 You are not limited to the number of meals in a day at the The Table at Cheney Hall. There are traditionally three meal periods Monday thru Friday (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), and two meal periods Saturday and Sunday (Brunch and Dinner).
 Meal Period Hours are: Breakfast – 7:00am to 10:59am; Lunch – 11:00am to 3:29pm; Dinner –3:30pm to 8:00pm; Weekend Brunch – 10:00am to 3:59pm; Weekend Dinner – 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
Requirements:
 Students residing in Abbey-Appleton, Alumni, Gulick, International, Lakeside, Massasoit, and Reed are required to carry the 224 Meal Plan or all Access.
 Students residing in Townhouse, Living Center, Grad Living Center, Senior Suites Residents or Commuter Students are not required to carry a meal plan but may elect any plan.
Changes to Meal Plans:
 Meal plan changes can be made online by visiting the My Meal Plan page in PrideNET.
 During the first two weeks of the semester, any alternative plan can be selected as long as it is of equal or greater value than your required minimum meal plan for students who reside in residence halls without in- suite kitchen facilities.
 After the first two weeks of each semester, only plans of a higher value than your current meal plan may be chosen.
 Online changes to meal plans in PrideNET will be closed 10 weeks after the start of the semester.
Cancellation of Meal Plan & Refund Policy:
 Meal Plans may be cancelled at any time during the semester if you have fully withdrawn from Springfield College. The last date the plan was used or the withdrawal date, whichever is later, determines the week to be used for a refund.
 Refund Policy – Meal Plan refunds will follow the school policy outlined on the Springfield College website located on the Business Office page.
Semester Rollover:
You must purchase a spring meal plan in order to roll over any unused Dining Dollars from your fall meal plan. At the end of the academic year, any unused meals or Dining Dollars from your original meal plan are non- transferable and non-refundable.

 For the spring semester you will automatically be enrolled and billed for the meal plan you selected during the fall semester. If you are not going to be here for the spring semester you must cancel your spring semester meal plan in writing with the Business Office.
Management of Your Dining Dollars:
You will be informed via email when your dining dollars balance drops below $25.00. You may then add Pride Dollars to your account at any time. Pride Dollars can be used at any location that accepts the Pride Card, including all on-campus dining locations. For additional information, visit the Pride Card website in PrideNET.

Using Your Meal Plan:
Students are required to present their Springfield College ID Card to the cashier in order to use their meal plans. Replacement cards may be purchased at the Technology Service Center located on the first floor of the Learning Commons.
